I was lucky enough to have had a career doing what I love—dancing. I started dancing and performing when I was in grammar school and was able to turn that hobby into a career. I danced on tour and in music videos for several recording artists, for corporate meetings, and on television shows such as SNL. One of the best perks of being a professional dancer was getting to travel all over the world.
There are many sides to Traci (yes, I just referred to myself in the third person). I grew up in the South Bronx and spent every summer in Talladega, AL. As you can imagine that makes for two totally different personalities —with these totally different locales. I can be up for an adventure one day and want to just sit on my butt and relax for another two, three, five or ten days.
I went to an astrologist once when I was vacationing in Puerto Rico and was told that I “have to continue to travel.” She said it was something that re-boots me. It rejuvenates me and holds me over until my next adventure. I could choose to believe her or not—believing her was much more fun.
I am sharing the many sides of me and my experiences with hopes that it will encourage you to explore—to jump in and find your adventure.
Thanks for stopping by. Enjoy!
